Please read carefully:

A deposit of £100 per room will be taken to secure the booking for internet bookings or £50 per person for bookings made over the phone and £80 for weekly stays.

Deposits are non transferable or refundable in any circumstances, we advise you take out holiday insurance for the event of the unexpected especially in these uncertain times.

Holidays cancelled 7 days or more before the arrival date will only forfeit the deposit. Holidays cancelled up to 7 days before arrival will be charged the full amount owing to the card details on hold, and forfeit the whole amount, this is strictly non refundable or transferrable and non negotiable. IT IS ADVISABLE TO TAKE OUT HOLIDAY INSURANCE TO COVER YOU FOR THE EVENT OF THE UNEXPECTED.

All bookings will be required to pay in full 7 days before arrival.

Group bookings of 12 or more must pay their balance in full 28 days before arrival and at this stage any cancellationsare strictly non refundable.

Christmas/New year bookings must pay their balance in full 28 days before arrival and at this stage any cancellations are strictly non refundable.

We are strictly non smoking hotel, any guests breaching this policy will be fined £50 and may be asked to vacate the hotel.

We do not take hen or stag parties or any other single sex parties. Please do not book on the internet as we have the right to refuse.

Any damage to the room or other areas of the hotel accidental or purposely will be charged to the guests credit card.

The hotel is not responsible for any of the guests belongings unless you ask us to place them in the hotel safe. We expect guests to take care of their bags and electronic gadgets in the public areas.

We ask guests to respect other guests who may be asleep and keep noise levels to minimum after 11.30 pm.
